Godrej Colony – Building X87 Structural Repair & Exterior Restoration

KAAZA Enterprises completed the structural repair and exterior restoration of Building No. X87, 4-Storey Building, Godrej Colony. The project began with safe scaffolding installation and complete site barricading to ensure a secure working environment. Our team carried out plaster chipping, removal of deteriorated concrete and damaged chajjas (sunshades), followed by 25 mm two-coat plastering to restore structural integrity. New FRP chajjas were installed for enhanced durability, while the building exterior was finished with Eco Render and premium exterior painting. Executed with strict adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and timely project delivery, the project successfully revitalized the building with long-lasting protection and an enhanced appearance.
