Overview

Complete buildout of a training center in Thane for an IT training institute. The facility included three computer labs with raised flooring for cable management, two lecture halls with acoustic treatment, administrative offices and a student lounge area. Our in-house team handled everything from civil modifications to the final coat of paint, including custom carpentry for lab benches and reception counters.

Challenge

Complex MEP requirements for computer labs — power, data, cooling — coordinated alongside interior finishing.

Early MEP coordination with client's IT team, phased lab construction to validate cable routing.
